China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. Gaining Traction and Profits; Expects to Report Higher Than Anticipated Net Income

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - August 11, 2008) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCSE) today announced that the Company expects to report higher than anticipated net income in 2008. China Crescent is a technology provider headquartered in North America, with the majority of its operations in China. The Company was reorganized late in 2006 and began trading on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board exchange. Since that time, the Company has grown significantly, reporting $29.5 million in 2006 revenue and $40 million in 2007 revenue with $437,824 in net income and $909,771 in comprehensive income. The Company's comprehensive income reflects currency translation gains from its operations in China. As an early stage company, management has concentrated on establishing a base of recurring customers and the infrastructure to support long-term sustainable growth. Management anticipates subsequently expanding profits through its base of customers and an established infrastructure. The Company has forecasted organic growth to $50 million in revenue in 2008. As a result of its ongoing efforts, management expects to report better than anticipated net income in 2008.
