China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. to Review Pending $36 Million, 3-Year Service Contract in Webcast Friday, December 18th

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - December 14, 2009) - China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB : CCTR )
today announced scheduling a Webcast for Friday, December 18th to provide
an update on the pending service contract with Aoyuan Electronic Co. Ltd in
Dalian, China, for $36 million over three years, with the potential for as
much as $10 million in revenue to be recognized in 2010.
China Crescent reported over $40 million in annual revenue in both 2007 and
2008, and the pending contract could significantly add to overall revenue
in 2010. For the first nine months of the year ending September 30, 2009,
China Crescent reported $30 million in revenue with record net income of
$1.8 million compared to $517k in net income for the same period in 2008.
Webcast Update on Milestone Acquisition Anticipated to Add $20 Million in
Annual Revenue in 2010 Available Now Online

milestone acquisition of a China Radio Technology Ltd. subsidiary located
in Shenzhen that is anticipated to produce $20 million in annual revenue in
2010.
