China Education Resources Inc.: Private Placement Completed

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 31, 2007) - China Education Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CHN)(PINK SHEETS:CHNUF) announced that it completed its previously announced (October 5, 2007) private placement (TSX Bulletin dated October 22, 2007). The shares issued will be subject to a hold period trading restriction expiring on February 28, 2008 and the warrants allowing the holders to purchase an additional 240,750 common shares will be exercisable at $0.80 per share until April 24, 2008 and exercisable at $1.00 per share thereafter until expiry on October 24, 2008.
