China Education Resources Inc. Reports Resumption of Trading

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - May 26, 2006) - China Education Resources Inc. ("CER", the Company) (TSX VENTURE:CHN)(PINK SHEETS:CHNUF), today announced that its financial statements were filed on May 19, 2006 and that the Cease Trade Order issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission was revoked on the same day. After a review by the TSX Venture Exchange ("the Exchange") a bulletin has been issued by the Exchange indicating that trading of the common share of the Company will resume at the market opening on Monday, May 29, 2006 at 6:30 A.M. PST.

I would like to assure our shareholders that the development of our educational portal in China is progressing rapidly and gaining market acceptance.
