China Infrastructure Investment Corporation Retains Four Points Capital as Strategic Advisor

ZHENGZHOU, CHINA--(Marketwire - March 30, 2010) -  China Infrastructure Investment Corporation (NASDAQ: CIIC) announced today that it has retained Four Points Capital as its exclusive strategic business advisor to assist the Company with the comprehensive evaluation and further development of its strategic growth plan. This plan includes the Company's diversification from toll roads and related businesses to energy production and transportation, alternative energy materials, construction, and other infrastructure segments.
