As a working interest owner in the facilities and the underlying reserves and production, Circumpacific will have the right to utilize any excess disposal capacity for water production from its pre-purchase lands. This could represent a significant savings to the Company over time.

Although excess capacity is not currently available, the Operator has received regulatory approval for the conversion of a well to a water disposal well which is expected to provide sufficient capacity for Circumpacific's requirements.
