Cistera EnterprisePlatform Increases Cisco Unified Contact Center Sales

DALLAS, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 11, 2006 -- Cistera Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: CNWT), the leading provider of advanced IP phone platforms and application engines in the Enterprise VoIP Telephony environment, announced today that its recently expanded offerings supporting Cisco's Unified Contact Center Platform are available for demonstration at the Cisco IP Telecommunications Users Group (CIPTUG) Conference in Phoenix, AZ from October 9th through the 13th. Conference attendees can meet with Cistera representatives and evaluate the products at the New West Building of the Phoenix Convention Center, Booth # 318.

The recently announced QuickConnect™, CallCenterEnterprise v1.7, and the Cistera ConvergenceServer7500™ have been supplemented with the Cistera ConvergenceServer5500™ and CallCenterRecord™ Enhanced to deliver one of the industry's most comprehensive solutions to address the quality assurance and compliance issues in a contact center environment.

The Cistera ConvergenceServer5500™ is a carrier grade comprehensive convergence platform for enterprise environments with large numbers of users and monitoring requirements. Depending on the configuration, it can support up to 20,000 directory users, 250 simultaneous recorders, broadcasts to groups of 4,000 users and up to 500 concurrent conference participants.
