Citizant on CPS Team in $250 Million Program to Support U.S. Transportation Command

Company's Strong Past Performance With Federal Customer Helped Winning CPS Team

CHANTILLY, VA--(Marketwire - September 25, 2007) - Citizant, one of Greater Washington's fastest-growing providers of business and technical solutions to civilian and military government organizations, is a member of the Complete Professional Services LLC winning prime contract small-business team that recently received an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract from the U.S. Transportation Command as part of a $250 million five-year award.

Citizant will work with CPS and other team members to provide business and technical solutions, including enterprise architecture, program management and information technology support to USTRANSCOM during a period of up to five years (one base year, four option years).

USTRANSCOM is the DoD organization responsible for delivering and sustaining America's war fighting capability anywhere in the world. It provides transportation, sustainment and distribution to the nation's warfighters via air, land and sea, supporting their efforts in the global war on terrorism.

"It's very gratifying when your company's past performance with a customer helps your team win a prime contract," said Alba M. Alemán, Citizant co-founder and president. "In the case of this significant contract award, our past success supporting USTRANSCOM allowed us the opportunity to help both large-company and small-business teams win awards. We look forward to working with CPS and all our partners to develop innovative, timely and cost-effective solutions that will help USTRANSCOM achieve its mission."

"CPS LLC is extremely pleased to have Citizant on our USTRANSCOM A&AS Team," said Joe Webb, CPS founder and president. "Citizant's expertise in distribution, supply chain management, transportation and logistics will help our team's efforts to propel defense distribution processes into the next generation."

Citizant has previously supported USTRANSCOM as the Defense Department Distribution Process Owner on projects requiring fast and effective technology solutions. The company helped develop and deploy the Financial and Air Clearance Transportation System (FACTS), thereby ensuring that military personnel around the globe get the vital supplies they need when they need them.
