City Bus Routes Selected in Yaounde for Transnational

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON--(CCNMatthews - May 12, 2006) - Transnational Automotive Group, Inc. (OTCBB:TAMG) ("TAUG") today cited the Company's further progress towards implementation of its international business plan by announcing that it has completed its bus operations planning process by gaining consensus on the bus routes and schedules for "LeBus", the Company's city bus operation in Yaounde, Cameroon.

"We have been working closely with the Cameroon Ministry of Transport and the Yaounde Urban Council to evaluate and select the bus routes and required schedules for the bus operation in the city of Yaounde. Once we gained consensus on the bus routes, we completed our traffic pattern and demand analysis to determine the schedules and the required number of buses on each line at any given time of the day to meet the evolving demand," stated Mr. Clarkson Enoegbe, the Operations Manager for LeBus in Yaounde.

The Company has currently selected 13 bus lines in the city that serve all the major districts. The Company has also planned for a line that services Nsimalen International Airport. To see a map of the bus routes visit www.lebuscameroon.com.

After a brief operational testing and commissioning phase, the Company plans to open Line 8 and Line 6 later this summer as the first lines to serve the city. As more buses arrive from China over the coming months, the Company will open a line at a time based on the priority given to it, by the Yaounde Urban Council. The Company is coordinating road repairs and bus shelter construction with the Council based on the planned roll-out of each line. "This planning work is a combination of technical transport network analysis with much field work. My team has physically driven each of these lines at different times of the day in different weather conditions to inform our planning work. Our aim was to achieve as much accurate data as possible prior to testing the system with actual new LeBus buses. When the first shipment of buses arrives by end of June or mid July, our testing phase should confirm much of our analysis which will enable us to go operational on a substantially expedited time line," continued Mr. Enoegbe.

As part of the agreement with the Government of Cameroon, TAUG is responsible for providing urban passenger transportation throughout the country. The Yaounde bus system represents the first phase of this important infrastructure project.
