Ckrush Digital Network Affiliates With Husky Network --'s Premium Video Advertising Network

Ckrush Sites to Join the Select Video Sites Utilizing Husky Player Designed for Brand Avertisers

(OTCBB: CKRU) ("the Company") announced today that its Ckrush Digital Network family of sites will be part of the Husky Network, Heavy Corporation's premium video ad network created for video content across the web ( Ckrush's,, and will utilize the Husky Video Skin, a premium, high CPM ad unit designed for brand advertisers. The ad unit will be sold by Husky, under a revenue sharing arrangement with Ckrush Digital Media.

The Husky Network was launched this past August by Heavy Corporation, one of the web's leading online brands and one of the top web destinations for 18-34 year old males ( Heavy has pioneered the effective use of video skins and has consistently attracted national brand advertisers to its platform. With the creation of Husky, Heavy is inviting select publishers, like Ckrush Digital, to use its Video Skin and share in advertising revenues.
