Cleantech Transit Completes Name Change and Commences Trading as CLNO --- Change Paves Way for Move Into Clean Technology Urban Transit Sector

SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwire - April 7, 2010) -  Cleantech Transit, Inc. (OTCBB: CLNO) formerly Patterson Brooke Resources Inc. (OTCBB: PABR) (the "Company") wishes to announce that effective immediately the company shall henceforth operate under the name CLEANTECH TRANSIT, INC. ("Cleantech"), which best reflects Management's decision to undertake a new business direction and shifted interests to the clean technology transportation sector. The Company will trade on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board ("OTCBB") under the symbol CLNO.

Cleantech aims to develop opportunities utilizing advances in technology and manufacturing processes in order to develop significant market share in the growing clean energy public transportation sector.

As previously announced, the Company has entered into a Letter of Intent ("LOI") to acquire certain intellectual property, technology, designs and manufacturing techniques for hybrid buses and motor coaches in a deal which is anticipated to close by the end of May or earlier if warranted. The acquisition of these assets will immediately propel the Company into the forefront of an exciting new era in urban mass transit.
