ColdWatt Names Gregg Cook as Vice President, Sales and Marketing

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - October 24, 2007) - ColdWatt Inc. today announced Gregg Cook as its vice president of sales and marketing. Gregg, former vice president of strategic sales for Power-One, brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience to ColdWatt, a leading supplier of energy-efficient power supplies for the computing, networking, storage and telecommunication markets.

Prior to Power-One, Gregg was chief executive officer of Fast-Chip, a privately held semiconductor company that he led through two product-development generations and three rounds of private equity funding. Gregg also served as vice president of sales and marketing at semiconductor equipment manufacturer Equipe Technologies, where he grew sales over 200 percent in less than three years and was instrumental in the successful sale of the company to PRI Automation. His background also includes various sales management positions at Integrated Device Technology and Texas Instruments. Gregg has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Illinois and holds a patent in the area of fab automation.
