Competitive Games International Completes Software Licensing Agreement

PANAMA CITY--(Marketwire - June 7, 2007) - Competitive Games International (PINKSHEETS: CGMI) (The "Company" or "CGI") is pleased to announce that it has executed a definitive Software Licensing Agreement with software developer Global Trends International. This Agreement provides the Company with an exclusive 5-year licensing agreement for the software package GTI MATRIX 3000.

The completion of this agreement is very significant for CGI, and will allow the Company to take a large step towards fully implementing its business model. The integration of the software into the CGI system will begin immediately, and should result in a formal launch date for the Company's products in the forthcoming weeks.

Specifically, GTI MATRIX 3000 is designed to manage and facilitate the entire back-end operations of the CGI Affiliate Marketing business model. The software provides a user-friendly and primarily automated interface that allows members to operate their own businesses with minimal effort. Specifically, the software performs, but is not limited to, the following functions: automated web-based marketing, genealogy tracking, data collection, storing game results, revenue calculations, member interaction, and the dissemination of information. GTI MATRIX 3000 software provides the end user (or member) with a business model that is simple to use and self perpetuating. The software also monitors and logs all information related to Skill Game play.

With the increased regulatory challenges for online casinos (and other games of 'chance'), the online Skill Game (or Casual Game) industry has already begun to surge and become an attractive new industry for both gamers and investors. The Company believes that the Skill Game (or Casual Game) industry is something to be reckoned with. Anticipated revenues from the Skill Game industry are expected to reach 1.56 billion US Dollars by 2008. In addition, Network marketing / Affiliate marketing is currently a $150 Billion Dollar industry with worldwide growth exceeding 20% per annum [1].
