Comptel Customer Service Centre in Bulgaria Becomes a Fully-Owned Comptel Subsidiary

The Bulgarian Professional Services Team Supports Comptel's Aim of Getting Closer to Customers

HELSINKI, FINLAND--(Marketwire - April 7, 2010) -  Comptel Corporation (HEX: CTL1V), the leading vendor of dynamic Operations Support System (OSS) software, today announced that the Comptel customer service centre in Bulgaria has become a fully-owned Comptel subsidiary.

Established in Sofia in late 2008 in cooperation with a Bulgarian software company Bianor AD, Comptel's customer service centre in Sofia has grown in just over one year/15 months to 26 people delivering professional services to Comptel customers globally. As of 1 April, the Bulgarian team is transferred to Comptel as a fully-owned subsidiary.
