Compushare Continues Talent Grab With Addition of Industry Veteran T.D. Williams

ORANGE COUNTY, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 14, 2006 -- T.D. Williams, a 20-year banking operations and technology veteran of the financial services industry, has joined Compushare, Inc. as Consulting Manager for the Southern California Community.

Compushare continues rapid growth and consolidation activities in the community banking and credit union service provider industry, adding several key individuals and companies including acquisitions of Pifer Financial Services, Inc. of New Jersey in 2005 and Garrision Security Services, Inc. of San Antonio, Texas in September of 2006.

Most recently Williams worked with independent global investment giant AMVESCAP. Mr. Williams' lead network operations initiatives include: implementation of a 5000-node Cisco network for their Houston data center and trading floor operations; global Active Directory systems, and a charter of subsidiary AIM Investments' network security team.

Williams started his career in community banking, working first for Citizens National Bank of Houston, Texas. After Citizens, Williams worked with financial services core provider BISYS, followed by a position with a regional consulting firm. His background includes a broad range of experience including credit analysis, teller operations, loan operations, financial reporting, and information technology.
