Compushare Recaps 2007 as Another Year of Record Growth and Profitability

SOUTH COAST METRO, CA--(Marketwire - January 16, 2008) - Compushare, Inc. of Orange County, California announced today another year of record growth and profitability for 2007. Founded in 1995, Compushare provides Information Technology security and compliance solutions to community financial institution clients across the United States.

Financial highlights for 2007 included a 32% increase in professional services revenue from the previous fiscal year and a 29% increase to service and operational efficiencies. Compushare now successfully serves 776 clients, up from 575 in 2006, within eight major communities including: Southern California, Northern California, Pacific North-West, Las Vegas, Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Greater Houston, Greater Chicago-Land and the Mid-Atlantic. Compushare created 30 new positions, 40% of which were fulfilled through internal promotion.

The Technology Management Center (TMC) first opened its doors in December of 2006 in Dallas, Texas. Within its first year in operation, the TMC has exhibited stellar growth in terms of number of staff and revenues from key Managed Services offerings which are centralized out of the TMC operations hub. The TMC facility is currently undergoing a physical expansion to accommodate its swelling ranks.

Other highlights included the implementation of the Technology Management Group headed by JD Phelps, Director of Technology Management. Phelps adopted his new responsibilities in October of 2007 from his previous role as Consulting Manager for the Northern California client community. He is among 12 others internally promoted from within existing Compushare ranks in the past year.

Notably, each internal department at Compushare successfully transitioned from six disparate information systems to one integrated CRM, Sales Management and Accounting system.
