Comstor UK Sales Team Achieves Cisco Data Center Accreditation

Sales Teams Trained in Readiness for Cisco Data Center

CIRENCESTER, UK--(Marketwire - January 19, 2010) - Comstor UK, the leading specialty distributor in networking, convergence, security and mobility, today announced its sales teams have achieved accreditation as Cisco Data Center Storage Networking Sales Specialists.

Following the recent announcement from Comstor to distribute Cisco Unified Computing System Worldwide, the whole of the Comstor UK internal and external sales teams have passed the Data Center Networking Solution Sales exams. The course tests a candidate's knowledge of the skills needed by an account manager to articulate a Cisco Data Center Networking Solution to a customer. This includes DC Networking Infrastructure, Applications Services, Storage, and Unified Computing.

The initiative was started in November with the objective of all internal sales account managers & external Business Development Managers passing the Data Center exam. Each sales person undertook extensive training sessions and everyone has passed the exam.
