Concerned Shareholders of CELL-LOC and Founder, Dr. Michel Fattouche, Announce PROXY Battle Against Company Management & Board to Save the Company

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 16, 2010) - A group of Concerned Shareholders of Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. ("Cell-Loc", TSX Venture "XCT") and the company's founder Dr. Michel Fattouche have announced a PROXY BATTLE against Cell-Loc's Management and its Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held in Calgary on June 29, 2010.

The Concerned Shareholders ask Cell-Loc shareholders to support the dissidents' nominees for election to the Cell-Loc Board, which include the company founder Dr. Michel Fattouche, Mr. Keith Bohn, Mr. Alvaro Schocair, Mr. Roberto Junqueira, Mr. Carlos Leão, Mr. Ariovaldo Aprikian, Mr. Dick Tchairdjian, and Mr. Rob Henschel.
