Concord Camera Corp. Regains Compliance With Nasdaq Minimum Bid Listing Requirement

HOLLYWOOD, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 6, 2006 -- Concord Camera Corp. ("Concord" or "Company") (NASDAQ: LENSD) today announced that it received a letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market today advising the Company that it has regained compliance with the NASDAQ Global Market minimum bid requirement by maintaining a closing bid price of $1.00 per share or greater for at least 10 consecutive business days.

On June 26, 2006, Concord received a deficiency notice from the NASDAQ staff indicating that the Company was not in compliance with NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5) because the closing bid price per share for its common stock had been trading below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days. The Company was provided 180 days, or until December 26, 2006, in which to regain compliance.
