Connect-A-Jet (CAJT) Prepares to File Form 15c2-11 to Re-Instate Quoting on CAJT Stock

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - October 16, 2007) -, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CAJT), an online innovator of private jet travel and charter, announced today that it is preparing to file a Form 15c2-11 to re-instate the quoting on CAJT stock.

About Rule 15c2-11:

Market makers must complete a form 15c2-11 to initiate or resume quotations in the OTC Bulletin Board Service, the NQB "Pink Sheets," or any other comparable quotation medium. By completing a 15c2-11 form, a market maker is representing that it has satisfied all applicable requirements of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Rule 15c2-11 and the filing and information requirements of NASD Rule 6640 for a specific company.

We foresee this process to take no longer than 72 hours to complete and subsequently become filed. Once filed, it is at the discretion of the NASD to expedite the filing to become effective.
