Constellation Software Inc. Acquires Varsity Logistics Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 5, 2007) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Constellation Software (U.S.A.) Inc., the acquisition of San Francisco, CA-based Varsity Logistics Inc. ("Varsity"), a privately held corporation.
