Constellation Software Inc. Acquires the Assets of eSkye Software LLC

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Oct. 1, 2007) - Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Constellation Homebuilders Systems ("CHS"), the acquisition of the business assets of California-based eSkye Software LLC.
