Continental Warrants Amended

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 9, 2007) - Continental Minerals Corporation ("Continental" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:KMK)(OTCBB:KMKCF) announces the amendment of the common share purchase warrants issued to Jinchuan Group Ltd. in February 2007, to acquire 8,000,000 shares at an exercise price of Cdn$2.75 until December 31, 2007. The revised warrants will have a reduced exercise price of Cdn$2.25, subject to required stock exchange approvals.
