Cordys Appoints Dalibor Vrsalovic Senior Vice President of North America Operations

Technology Industry Veteran Tasked With Driving Market Penetration and Growing Revenue for Cordys, Inc.

KISSIMMEE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 6, 2006 -- Booth 14 - Gartner Application Integration & Web Services Summit; Booth B - Gartner Enterprise Architecture Summit -- Cordys, a provider of industry-leading SOA solutions, today announced that Dr. Dalibor Vrsalovic, a former high-level executive at Sun Microsystems, Intel and AT&T, has been appointed Senior Vice President of North America Operations and President of Cordys, Inc.

Dr. Vrsalovic reports directly to Cordys President and Chief Operations Officer Peter van der Fluit and is tasked with aggressively scaling Cordys Inc., Cordys' wholly owed North American subsidiary, and increasing Cordys' share of the global SOA market.

Dr. Vrsalovic has extensive industry and academic experience and holds a number of patents in parallel and distributed software and in internet security.

Most recently, Dr. Vrsalovic was VP and General Manager of Technical Sales for all Intel products worldwide. Previously, he was President of Intel Online Services and VP and Chief Technology Officer of Intel's New Business Group, where he developed long-range systems architecture for Internet technologies and services. Dr. Vrsalovic also held positions as VP and Chief Technology Officer of Intel's Enterprise Platforms Group, and VP and General Manager of the Intel's Telco Business Office.

Prior to Intel, Dr. Vrsalovic was VP of Advanced Technology at AT&T and VP of Internet Technology, where his team developed Internet service platforms and additional technologies and components to support Internet telephony and messaging.

Prior to AT&T, Dr. Vrsalovic was VP of Engineering and Operations at Ready Systems, directing worldwide R&D, product engineering, quality assurance and customer support, and Chief Scientist at Sun Microsystems, managing the Advanced Technology Group.

Dr. Vrsalovic holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, an M.S. in Computer Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Computer Sciences, all from the University of Zagreb. He completed a CS postdoctoral education at Carnegie-Mellon University and an Executive MBA at Stanford University. He has consulted to various government and industrial organizations, including NASA, ONR, ROMEA and IBM Federal, and has sat on advisory and executive boards at Carnegie-Mellon University and Purdue University, as well as the Design Automation and Manufacturing of the American Academy of Engineering, the Center for Telco Management and Tripwire, Inc.
