Cornerstone Hires Senior Entertainment Marketing and Media Executive Steven Justman as Executive Vice President and General Manager

Justman Joins Cornerstone From NBA; New Hire Marks Major Progression for Leading Marketing Firm

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 16, 2006 -- Cornerstone, a leading marketing agency, announced the addition of Steven Justman to its executive team. In this newly created position, Justman will serve as executive vice president and general manager of Cornerstone and Cornerstone-owned FADER magazine, the definitive voice of emerging music.

In his new role, Justman will be working closely with Cornerstone Co-Presidents Rob Stone and Jon Cohen in continuing to expand the diverse activities and branding solutions provided by both Cornerstone and The FADER.

Justman comes to Cornerstone with an extensive and accomplished background. His prior position was at the NBA where he served as vice president of Global Media. There he was tasked with managing the NBA's growing diversity of multi-media assets (television, digital, print, etc) and content relationships (ABC/ESPN, TNT, TiVo and Sony Computer Entertainment). In addition, he served as the lead NBA executive during the leagues growth in developing innovative alliances with major movie studios, including deals with Universal, FOX, Sony, Paramount, New Line, Lucas Films and The Weinstein Company.

Prior to the NBA, Justman was Vice President at International Management Group (IMG), the world's oldest and largest sports and entertainment marketing and management firm. There he was part of the executive team that advised Fortune 500 companies on varied marketing initiatives, including clients such as Verizon, Coca-Cola and Phillips Electronics. Before IMG, Justman served as Vice President at Turner Sports, where he was responsible for sales and marketing across all owned and acquired sporting events, professional teams and arenas.

Justman received an MBA with a concentration in Communications and Media management from Fordham University, a Master of Sports Management from University of Richmond and a BS in Marketing Management from Syracuse University. He currently resides in Armonk, NY with his wife and two children.
