Cortex Corrects Stock Option Price to $0.20

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - May 26, 2009) -


Cortex Business Solutions Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CBX) ("Cortex" or "Corporation") - The Corporation in pleased announced that the exercise price of the 900,000 options announced on May 26, 2009, is $0.20 and not $0.165 as disclosed in the news release.

On May 26, 2009, the Corporation announced that, subject to regulatory approval, the grant of stock options for total compensation to directors and Corporate Secretary of the Corporation to purchase 900,000 common shares in the capital of the Corporation, exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $0.165 per share. This price of $0.165 was incorrectly used as a result of an administrative error within the Corporation.

The Corporation has determined that exemptions from the various requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange Policy 5.9 are available for the grant of these Options. The Options are subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.
