Former BBN Technologies Statistician Brings Extensive Experience Analyzing and Modeling Customer Data and Interactions

WAKEFIELD, MA--(Marketwire - January 23, 2008) - CourseAdvisor (www.courseadvisor.com), a premier online lead generation and marketing solutions provider for higher education institutions, today announced that Dr. Katherine Godfrey has joined the company as Senior Statistical Analyst. Dr. Godfrey comes to CourseAdvisor with extensive experience analyzing and modeling customer data and interactions. Godfrey will lead search engine marketing (SEM) and traffic analysis initiatives to further improve lead performance and quality for CourseAdvisor's growing list of postsecondary schools.

Dr. Godfrey brings more than two decades of statistical research, programming, and data analysis experience to CourseAdvisor. Before joining CourseAdvisor, Godfrey was a scientist and statistician for BBN Technologies, an advanced technology solutions firm. As part of her work at BBN Technologies, Godfrey designed and conducted usability testing of software and user interfaces, and more specifically helped develop systems to improve automation of telephone call centers using IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems. Prior to BBN Technologies, Dr. Godfrey conducted research and data analysis at Harvard University.
