Craford Benefit Consultants Strengthens Senior Management Team With Key Human Resources Veterans

SAN RAFAEL, CA--(Marketwire - January 9, 2008) - Craford Benefit Consultants, based in San
Rafael, CA, announced today the addition of two veteran Bay Area human
resources executives to its management and consulting team.
Dianna Wilusz joined the firm as Managing Director of Private Equity
Services. In this role, she will have overall responsibility for leading
the firm's private equity business strategy, merger and acquisitions, due
diligence, and human capital consulting services. Jill Madison joined as
Managing Director of Consulting Services. She will be responsible for the
effective operation of Craford's consulting practice and will work closely
with senior management in driving the firm's overall growth. Both
executives will be based in Craford's San Rafael corporate office.

Wilusz has more than 19 years of human resources experience. Prior to
joining Craford, she was the Managing Director of HR operations at Lam
Research, where she was responsible for ensuring effective and efficient
processes, systems, and financial performance of its HR organization.
Wilusz also held senior HR leadership positions at National Semiconductor
and Beceem Communications.
Madison brings more than 25 years of human resources experience to Craford.
Most recently, she was a Worldwide Partner in the San Francisco office of
Mercer Human Resources Consulting where she spent 22 years consulting with
a wide variety of U.S. and global employers on their health care and human
resource programs and strategies. Madison also held various positions with
Johnson & Higgins and Aetna.
