Criteo Appoints New Executive Leadership

Seasoned Executives Chosen to Support Company's Growth and Development


PALO ALTO, CA--(Marketwire - July 15, 2010) -  Criteo, the global leader in scalable personalized retargeting, recently named John Kelly as its new VP of sales, Karen Dayan as its new VP of marketing and Jeff Mills as the VP of strategic partnerships. All three executives join CEO JB Rudelle, and the rapidly growing Criteo team, in the Palo Alto office to lead the company's expansion.

John Kelly joins Criteo as VP of sales, bringing with him more than 10 years of business development, sales and leadership experience. Prior to joining Criteo, John held executive and director roles in sales and business development at Permuto, Yahoo!, PaymentOne and America Online. John's primary responsibilities are to lead the Criteo sales organization in expanding sales efforts in key business verticals, including retail, fashion and beauty, and technology.

A seasoned marketing expert, Karen Dayan joins Criteo as VP of marketing to lead the company's overall marketing strategy and execution. Karen brings 14 years of international experience in product marketing and program development at Microsoft. Karen's career spanned from launching Windows 95 to leading the online acquisition strategy for Microsoft SaaS offerings, as well as building internationally executed go-to-market programs. Throughout the years, Karen has shared her online marketing expertise with thousands of businesses in a variety of venues.

Jeff Mills joins Criteo as VP of strategic partnerships, bringing with him more than 13 years of marketing, sales and leadership experience. Jeff's primary responsibilities are to expand Criteo's global relationships with agency partnerships, e-commerce solution providers as well as the sales into the automotive, classifieds and real estate industries. Prior to joining Criteo, Jeff held executive and director roles in sales, business development and operations at leading Internet companies including Fixya, Gaia Online, SideStep and Yahoo!.
