Crocodile Gold Announces Notice of Conference Call to Introduce David Keough, Chief Operating Officer, and Discuss Production Plans for 2010

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 18, 2010) - Crocodile Gold Corp. (TSX:CRK)(OTCQX:CROCF)(FRANKFURT:XGC) ("Crocodile Gold" or the "Company") today announces that it will hold a conference call and audio webcast on Monday, March 22, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. ET to introduce Mr. David Keough, Crocodile Gold's new Chief Operating Officer. The Company is pleased that Crocodile Gold's President and CEO, Mike Hoffman, and current COO, Grant Davey, will also be available on the call to make comments and answer questions. Mr. Keough will join the Company effective April 19, 2010 following a transition of responsibilities from Grant Davey. The conference call will be followed by a question and answer session. The call will also provide an opportunity for Mike Hoffman to outline the company's exciting operating outlook for 2010.

Crocodile Gold is a Canadian company that has completed the acquisition of recent past producing gold assets in the Northern Territory of Australia.
