CruiseCam International Issues Shareholder Update

BINGHAM FARMS, MI--(Marketwire - January 10, 2008) - CruiseCam International (PINKSHEETS: CCMJ), developer and marketer of a line of "in-car" camera mount and recording systems with a wide range of applications, announced today that it has completed approximately $140,000 worth of sales for the last quarter.

CruiseCam has made progress in many areas during 2007; one of the more significant achievements was the closing of the distribution agreement with Driver's Alert. With this agreement in place CruiseCam is positioned better than ever to take advantage of the explosion of interest from corporate America in providing in-car video to commercial vehicles. CruiseCam International is in the process of rolling out new promotional phases to officially launch our recording systems.

CruiseCam International has also made progress in other countries, initially in Israel with the distribution agreement with Starry International Trade. At present, CruiseCam is in negotiations with other companies located in strategic areas of the world for further distribution. Our goal for 2008 is to complete distribution agreements with companies located in 8 different countries throughout the world.

CruiseCam's final goal for 2008 is to turn to profitability for the first time in its corporate history. While there can be no assurances, management feels with the infusion of Driver's Alerts distribution and the potential overseas agreements, profitability in a 18 to 24 month period is possible.

Management is concerned about the present stock price and is presently seeking the capital to meet the demands of distribution and product development with the dilution in mind. While management agrees the stock price is undervalued, it is encouraged by the many steps that have been taken to accomplish objectives in the business plan.

The future for sales in the mobile video arena is brighter than ever, due to world's need to know, when accountability or litigation is on the line. CruiseCam International is in the right place at the right time to become a successful company due to our award winning products and patent portfolio.
