CruiseCam International Moves Forward With Patents in Europe

BIRMINGHAM, MI--(Marketwire - August 7, 2008) - CruiseCam International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CCMJ), after years in the process of review by the European Patent Office (EPO), has been allowed the use of a number of critical claims that will comprise the basis of its first European patents pertaining to seat-integrated video recording technology. Through the successful efforts of its patent lawyers CruiseCam now can extend its patents portfolio coverage to most European countries. CruiseCam is now proceeding with the process of obtaining European patents for the future release of its commercial seat-integrated video system that has already been granted patents in the United States.

With patent protection in place, CruiseCam will begin discussions with both European automakers and after-market distributors in the European commercial and private automotive sectors. This is an important next step in expanding CruiseCam's patent asset base and commercial footprint in Europe. In doing so, CruiseCam will increase its projections in product volume for video systems derived from CruiseCam's VetteCam platform. This development will increase CruiseCam's revenue projections by approximately 40%. CruiseCam anticipates the start of this European sector outreach in the first quarter of 2009.

CruiseCam is pleased to announce that it has been recently invited to participate in a significant forum this coming September in Germany that will provide the basis for the first introduction of CruiseCam products to potential European customers. Scott Watkins, CEO of CruiseCam International, Inc., stated that he is pleased to announce this next endeavor as another major step in the company's long range plan to provide video systems ultimately on a global basis for the trucking, law enforcement, security, driver training, and personal driving experience industries.

In advance of the finalization of the pending merger, for accounting purposes, CruiseCam had to remedy a long-term investor's commitment which required the recent expansion of the float. The company can further state unequivocally that it has not sold any shares.
