Customer Acquisition Network's interCLICK Rated Nation's Fastest Growing Internet Ad Network

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - October 23, 2007) - Customer Acquisition Network, Inc. (OTCBB: CACN), an emerging pay-for-performance, multi-channel Internet marketing company, reported its interCLICK Network was rated by leading Internet audience tracker, comScore, as the nation's fast-growing Internet advertising network.

In its recently issued Media Metrix report for September, comScore reported interCLICK grew 135% since February 2007. This growth rate is nearly double the next fastest growing network.

This rapid growth has catapulted interCLICK to the position of the 11th largest online advertising network, reaching 85 million unique U.S. visitors per month, or 47 percent of the U.S. online population, with impressions per month exceeding four billion. Much of interCLICK's success is due to its business partnerships with some of the world's largest Internet publishers and advertisers.

interCLICK is becoming increasingly popular since it is the only ad network that provides real-time reporting transparency for both advertisers and publishers. interCLICK advertisers select publisher sites for their ads via an easy-to-use Web interface and then receive performance reports on each site placement in real-time. Per-site performance reporting allows advertisers to implement highly efficient campaigns and maximize return-on-investment (ROI).

interCLICK's growth has also been fueled by several large ad agency deals. A major concern of many agencies and advertisers when working with ad networks is the lack of control where their ads will be displayed. Since many networks are completely opaque, this presents a risk that many large agencies and advertisers are not willing to take or have regretfully taken in the past. However, interCLICK provides full site by site disclosure and transparency, which eliminates the concern that an ad may end up on a site containing undesirable content.

Important trends within the industry have also driven interCLICK's growth. "Google's recent worldwide expansion of its pay-per-action advertising beta reflects the growing trend of advertisers looking to spend a higher portion of their ad spend on performance-based campaigns," said Michael Katz, founder and president of interCLICK, which was recently acquired by Customer Acquisition Network.

Customer Acquisition Network was recently formed and brought public by a team of industry veterans looking to build the first fully integrated, pay-for-performance, multi-channel internet marketing company. The purchase of interCLICK by Customer Acquisition Network follows a recent trend of similar high profile acquisitions, like Blue Lithium and Right Media by Yahoo, DoubleClick by Google, 24/7 Real Media by WPP, Takota by AOL, and aQuantive by Microsoft.
