CyberKey Solutions, Inc. Appoints New Vice President of Sales to Increase Awareness in the Automotive and Medical Markets

ST. GEORGE, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 16, 2006 -- CyberKey Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: CKYS) is pleased to announce that Mr. Dan Mertlich has been appointed as Vice President of Sales. Mr. Mertlich will be tasked with increasing the Company's name recognition in the lucrative insurance, automotive, and medical markets.

Mr. Mertlich previously worked within the property and casualty insurance industry for more than twenty years. He has been successful and recognized as a number one producer throughout his time at Allstate Insurance and PEMCO Insurance, where he spent five years as a supervisor. During Mr. Mertlich's supervisory tenure with PEMCO, he was charged with overseeing the performance of the Pacific Northwest, including the cities of Vancouver, BC and Seattle, WA.
