CyberShift Appoints Paul Winn to Board of Directors

Company Focuses on Continued Growth, Further Global Adoption of Award-Winning Solutions


PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - November 2, 2009) - CyberShift, a global provider of workforce management and expense management software and services, today announced the appointment of Paul Winn to its board of directors. An operating partner of LLR Partners, Winn assumes the board seat previously held by his colleague, Scott Perricelli.

Winn has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience with high growth public and private technology companies in domestic and global markets. Under his leadership, large enterprise and small-and-medium businesses developed and executed effective growth strategies involving new product development, geographic expansion, channel development, acquisitions and cross-functional integration.

Prior to LLR Partners, Winn served as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Princeton Softech before its acquisition by IBM. Earlier in his career he was CEO of Powerquest, which was acquired by Symantec, CEO of Genicom, and a business segment executive with IBM. He has served on the board of directors of Powerquest, Genicom and Indigo and is currently serving on the board of Application Security Inc.

Winn received his bachelor's degree in engineering from Utah State University.
