Cypress Development Corp.: Geophysical Surveys Completed on Gunman Zinc Project, Nevada

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 18, 2007) - Cypress Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CYP) and Bison Gold Exploration Inc. are pleased to announce the completion of two geophysical programs over a 2.5 kilometre long trend of variable zinc mineralized stratigraphy at the Cypress (73.13%) / Bison (26.87%) owned Gunman zinc project located in White Pine County, northeastern Nevada.

A "Titan 24" electrical survey was completed on the Gunman property in August and was followed by a detailed gravity survey completed in mid December. Both surveys were centered on the high-grade RH zinc-silver oxide / sulfide zone and extended a total of 2.5 km north to south to cover the known extent of alteration / mineralization within the host carbonate section. The surveys were intended to identify drillable targets with RH Zone type signatures, as well as possible sulfide hosted targets in the underlying reduced stratigraphy.

The Titan Survey results indicate a series of strong, discrete conductors apparent along Titan line 300E. Detailed geologic control from surface mapping indicates that these conductors occur within north to south striking RH Zone stratigraphy, and represent a very prospective series of anomalies. Outcrops of strongly altered and locally mineralized limestone are scattered along the strike of the Titan 300E line. The mapped conductors occur beneath and to the south of the known RH zinc oxide zone. None of the mapped conductors have been drilled to date.

Four new targets (in addition to the RH zinc oxide zone) have been identified as having zinc oxide potential. A total of five targets have been identified as having zinc sulfide potential. None of the new targets have been drill tested and all but one of the new targets is within 500 metres of surface.

Of major significance to the Company is the size of the potential targets. All of the new targets are believed to be significantly larger than the known RH Zone.

The combined presence of host rock, structure, drill indicated zinc-silver mineralization, and strong Titan conductive anomalies make the RH Trend targets a priority for the exploration of additional zinc/silver deposits.

A gravity survey was completed over the prospective target area in late 2006. Density measurements on the RH Zone indicate that the mineralization is 15% more dense than the surrounding rock. The gravity survey indicates a number of residual anomalies of possible mineralization at shallow depths on the Gunman property.

A BLM / Nevada exploration permit for the drilling has been applied for.

A plan to drill targets on the Gunman project, identified by the Gravity and the Titan 24 surveys, is now being completed.
