D-Link Reinforces Commitment to Partners With New VIP Partner Program and Partner Portal

Comprehensive Partner Program Includes Certification, Deal Registration, Business Collaboration, and Bounty Programs

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - April 27, 2010) -  Interop, Booth 1331 -- D-Link, the end-to-end networking solutions provider for business, today unveiled its new Value in Partnership (VIP) Partner Program which enables partners to provide better service to their customers and generate increased market share.

The launch of this program represents D-Link's commitment to building strong partner relationships, and recognizes partners' contribution towards delivering D-Link-based solutions. Most importantly, it offers flexibility to enable partners to respond more effectively and more quickly to their customers' needs.

Solution Providers who want to learn more about the program, or enroll in the program, can visit the D-Link booth (1331) at Interop, the leading IT business trade show being held this week at the Mandalay Bay Exposition and Conference Center.

VIP Program Benefits
In addition to access to demo product, financing, and joint selling opportunities, members are eligible to participate in other programs to assist their selling efforts.

Sales and Technical Certifications
D-Link has created on-line, on-demand training and development programs for partners to gain knowledge, training, and best practices to increase proficiency in selling, installing, and supporting D-Link. D-Link Certified Specialist (DCS) and Certified Professional (DCP) Certifications recognize and reward those partners who demonstrate the highest levels of technical and sales capabilities.

Volume Incentive Rebate
The D-Link Volume Incentive Rebate (VIR) is intended to reward performance and investment by supporting partners' business-building and revenue-generating activities.

D-Link Deal Registration and Bounty
The VIP Deal Registration program offers discounts to eligible Partners for deals that are successfully closed after being registered and approved via D-Link's Partner Portal. The Bounty Program provides opportunity protection to those partners who have invested significant time and effort on a deal that was subsequently lost.
