DC Brands Coordinates Atlanta Promotion With Walgreens

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - October 4, 2007) - Turn Left, a car racing-inspired energy drink from DC Brands International (PINKSHEETS: DCBR), has just hit the shelves of more than 100 Walgreens in the greater Atlanta region. To support this launch, the company has enacted several promotions that partner with Walgreens.

"We're incredibly excited to have Turn Left available in Atlanta-area Walgreens and want to ensure the product's success," said DC Brands Vice President of Sales Richard Muscarella. "It's important to show our retailers how we stand behind our products with aggressive marketing and promotions. We hope we can pave the way for increased distribution and sales."

DC Brands is working with DAVE-FM (92.9) to coordinate two remotes at select Walgreens near the Atlanta Motor Speedway. On October 13 from noon to 2pm, representatives from DC Brands as well as DAVE-FM will be doing a radio remote from the Walgreens at 1855 Hudson Bridge Road in Stockbridge, and on October 14, the production will move to the Walgreens location at 7935 Tara Boulevard in Jonesboro. At each event, DC Brands will be giving away branded items and allowing those customers visiting Walgreens the opportunity to enter to win tickets to the Pep Boys 500. The radio remotes will continue the following weekend at the Little Five Points Halloween Festival, one of Atlanta's oldest business districts and most loved traditions.

Further reinforcing Turn Left's brand presence, the company is teaming up with Walgreens and the Atlanta Falcons for a separate promotion. Turn Left will be prominently displayed in several Walgreens and will be running radio spots during Falcons radio network broadcasts. As part of this agreement, Turn Left will be a main sponsor of the Southeast All-Star Football Camp for kids. This camp session brings together several professional football players along with campers for a day of football drills, coaching and fun.
