DCG Systems Announces Direct Operation in Israel

FREMONT, CA--(Marketwire - January 13, 2010) - DCG Systems, Inc. today announced that it has formed its own marketing and support organization in Israel, with plans to include R&D in the near future. DCG Systems has reached an agreement with its former representative AVBA to transition support personnel in order to ensure a smooth continuation of its DCG support operation.

"DCG considers Israel to be a strategically important market with respect to semiconductor design and innovative new technologies. This change will permit us to work closely with our customers on more effectively satisfying their advanced technology needs," said Dr. Israel Niv, President and CEO of DCG Systems. "We plan to tap into the high quality and experienced R&D workforce in Israel to develop new products aimed at addressing semiconductor yield challenges of 32nm and beyond."

DCG Systems has contracted with MICL Consulting & Logistics Ltd., a privately held company headquartered in Migdal HaEmeq, to provide the logistical support for DCG's operations in Israel. MICL specializes in supporting non-Israeli companies doing business in Israel's semiconductor industry.
