DDS Wireless Continues Geographic Market Expansion

Company will Announce 2008 First Quarter Results on August 13, 2008

RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 6, 2008) - DDS Wireless International Inc.'s (TSX:DD) taxi business unit Digital Dispatch continues its momentum of geographic market expansion with several new wins in Finland, India and U.S.A. These contracts are worth over $2.5 million in total.

Taksi Saimaa Oy and Imatran Taksi of Finland have signed new long-term contracts for the Internet Dispatching service TaxiBook™. Both these companies are existing customers whose contracts had recently expired and have renewed their agreements for next 5 years. TaxiBook is Digital Dispatch's bundled subscription service for taxi dispatch over the Web which has been highly successful in many parts of Europe for the past several years. The Company also won a new order for 255 Vector 530™ mobile data terminals from ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services Limited (OAIS) of Mumbai, India. This is part of OAIS plan to purchase up to 2,000 Vector 530™ mobile data terminals (MDTs) to equip its multiple fleets with a custom made fleet management solution.

Digital Dispatch's existing customer AAA Full Transportation of Phoenix, Arizona, has also placed orders for additional Vector 530 MDTs as part of its upgrade plan for its 600-vehicle fleet.
