DIAGNOS' Targets Return Great Results With 42.7g/t of Gold on 6 Meters and Significant Nickel's Anomalies on SGH S.A.'s Faille B Property In Haiti

BROSSARD, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Oct. 30, 2007) - DIAGNOS inc. ("DIAGNOS" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence ("AI") and advanced knowledge extraction techniques, announced today a confirmation of the accuracy of its CARDS (Computer Aided Resource Detection Software) targets on the Faille B property for gold, copper and nickel. Regarding nickel, no anomalies for this mineral were ever documented in Haiti. SGH S.A. is the owner of this project in Haiti and the only Haitian company to have signed a mining agreement with the government of Haiti, in the last three decades.

Within the framework of a program aiming to extend gold reserves of SGH's Faille B deposit, DIAGNOS has used helicopter-borne geophysical data (MAG, FDEM, radiometric) to develop a CARDS model for gold, copper and nickel's mineralization. SGH, through RSW-Beroma's feasibility study, has verified a series of those targets strategically located adjacent to Faille B deposit and has proceeded with soil sampling. Soil samples, located in-line with the Faille B structure, have shown significant anomalies for gold: 508 ppb of gold on target C2; 362 ppb of gold on target C3; and 308 ppb of gold on target C5.

Copper and nickel anomalies were also found: 1,471 ppm of copper, 1,024 ppm of copper and 769 ppm of nickel on target C2, 573 ppm of nickel on target C3, and 1,043 ppm of copper on target C4.

Subsequently, a trenching campaign has been initiated both on East and West sides of the central mineralized zone. Although all the results are not yet compiled, the gold bearing quartz vein system seems to extend to the West of the central zone with one quartz vein having 42.7g/t average on 6 meters, among which 107.1g/t on 1 meter, 61.4 g/t on 1 meter and 41.2 g/t on 1 meter.

Furthermore, a new mineralization type was observed about 1km South East from the central zone which contains small veins and disseminated chalcopyrite in mafic volcanic rocks. Anomalies of copper and nickel have been observed making the area a potential exploration target.

Pierre Trudel, General Manager of RSW-Beroma, in charge of exploration program at Faille B, is confirming that using Modular Gold Processing Unit (MGPU) is possible to economically develop the Faille B deposit with a milling rate of 300 tons per day with the forecasted reserves.

DIAGNOS' core business and scientific team were able to identify impressive results for gold. "The use of our technology for SGH's exploration campaign will allow them to increase the deposit's gold reserves by a multiple of 4." underlines Andre Larente, President of DIAGNOS. CARDS analysis for SGH has demonstrated DIAGNOS' abilities to identify high quality perspective targets impacting on time and exploration efforts for the mining companies.

DIAGNOS inc. has developed data mining software and provides data mining services. The Corporation designed and developed MCubiX, a data mining software suite capable of extracting knowledge from historical data - in the form of images, text or traditional databases - and making predictions that improve business processes and decision making ability. CARDS (Computer Aided Resource Detection Software) can be applied to several sectors of prospecting, such as diamond, gold, zinc, copper and the oil and gas, and each one of these resources require a distinct methodology endorsed by the application. CARDS is an excellent tool in exploration which major utility is time and money saving and increased efficiency. For further information, please visit our Website at www.diagnos.ca.
