SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA--(Marketwire - April 6, 2010) -  DOCOMO interTouch Pte Ltd has selected the Noble® Solution from Noble Systems Corporation for blended inbound and outbound contact management in its contact centres worldwide. Noble's unified system will be implemented at DOCOMO interTouch's customer support and service centres located in Manila, Philippines; Shanghai, China; Sao Paolo, Brazil and at its head office in Singapore. It will enable DOCOMO interTouch to operate on a single platform while increasing the productivity and efficiency of its contact centres. The system includes interactive voice response and digital recording, as well as Noble's award-winning Agent Desktop and Management and Reporting Portal, in a total solution that is tailored to meet the company's unique business requirements.
