Dairy Fresh Farms Secures Trademarks From NutriOne; Agreement to Run Until 2011

OTTAWA--(Marketwire - November 14, 2006) - Dairy Fresh Farms Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DYFR) (FRANKFURT: D8I) www.dairyfresh.ca announced today that it has signed a five (5) year agreement to 2011 with NutriOne Corp. (PINKSHEETS: NNCP). Dairy Fresh Farms announces the signing of a five (5) year deal to secure the right to use the word marks "Drink To Your Hearts Content" and "New Generation" from NutriOne Corp.

Mr. Ian Morrice, Executive VP and Director of Dairy Fresh Farms, states that, "both marks will have a prominent position for all future promotion and advertising campaigns in the Canadian Market.
