Dakshidin Completing Proposal for Chinese Government to Combat Desertification

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - November 21, 2007) - Restec International Inc. are the makers of the world's most powerful water pumping windmill. Restec, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dakshidin Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DKSC) (, are in the final stages of completing a proposal for the Chinese Government to dramatically assist in the reversal and the prevention of desertification in China. If this proposal is implemented it will result in generating orders that will have our manufacturing facility that we announced earlier in the week operating at full capacity. Currently, one quarter (1/4) of China is being devastated by desertification.

China is in immediate need for water:

* Two out of every three cities in China have less water than they need

* Cities in northeast China have roughly five to seven years left before they completely run dry

* 90% of China's city aquifers are deemed polluted, and;

* 700 million Chinese people drink water contaminated with either animal or human waste

The Restec Mark 10 windmill is the solution to China's water crisis and desertification devastation. The Restec Mark 10 water pumping windmill begins to operate effectively at winds of just 4 miles per hour. The RESTEC windmill will pump more water from any depth at any wind speed at a lower cost that any other windmill in the world with no negative environmental impacts.

"Water is clearly a precious commodity, more valuble in some places than others. Dakshidin is pleased to be able to supply this valuable commodity in a cost effective and environmentally friendly way," stated Nick Laroche, President and CEO of Dakshidin Corporation.

The RESTEC MARK 10 Windmill is proven to be the most cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution for the world's water crisis and the MARK 10 E is the cost-effective and environmentally friendly solution for world's energy crisis!
