Dakshidin to Sign Memorandum of Understanding With Bengbu Government

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - November 9, 2007) - Dakshidin Corporation (PINKSHEETS: DKSC) (www.dakshidin.com) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Restec International Inc., producers of world's most powerful pumping windmill, is pleased to announce that its President and CEO, Mr. Nick Laroche, will travel to China today in order to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Municipal Government of Bengbu in the Province of Anhui of the People's Republic of China. This MOU outlines the intended Joint Venture with Huasheng (Bengbu) Environmental Energy Development Ltd.
