Each option may be exercised at a price of $0.40 per share and will expire on November 26, 2017. The options have been granted under the Corporation's stock option incentive plan, reflecting an adjustment that takes into account the company's new status as a publicly traded company, as well as market conditions for attracting and retaining individuals possessing the necessary skills and abilities to execute Datacom's growth plans.
