Executives From Xcert and Microsoft Join Renowned Team of Information Privacy, Security and Cryptography Experts

BELLEVUE, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 27, 2006 -- Dategrity™ Corporation announced today that Dr. Andrew Csinger, Executive Vice President of Product Strategy and Development; Jan Vandenbos, Vice President of Product Development; and Steve Fujiki, Director of Program Management have joined the company to lead product development efforts. All three executives bring a wealth of data security, privacy, product development and program management experience to the existing team of world-class information privacy and security experts. Dategrity is funded by Northwest Venture Associates.

Prior to joining Dategrity, Dr. Csinger was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Group Telecom, Founder and President of Xcert Software, and President of Interspect Systems. Xcert, a security technology and product development company focusing on PKI (public key infrastructure), was sold to RSA. While at Group Telecom, he operated the first PKI Certification Authority and Repository which was licensed under the Washington State Digital Signature law. This seminal work influenced the later adoption of federal electronic signatures in the Global and National Commerce Act of 2000, and was an early model for the adoption by other states of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA). Dr. Csinger holds a B.S.E.E. from McGill University and a M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Vandenbos most recently was the Senior Security Architect leading Microsoft's internal data protection strategy as well as other significant internal security and privacy efforts. Mr. Vandenbos also founded and sold a number of technology companies including Bloodhounds International Inc., Valhalla Strategy, Inteliant, and American Intermaxx. He has held roles of Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President of Technology and Chief Security Officer in sectors ranging from oil and gas to healthcare. He is a board member of TwoJet Technologies and the Galileo Educational Network. He is a well-known presenter on security topics, and was the primary speaker representing Microsoft Information Security in both international and domestic speaking venues. Mr. Vandenbos attended the University of Calgary and Mount Royal College where he studied Engineering and Biological Sciences.

Prior to joining Dategrity, Mr. Fujiki was a Product Planner at Microsoft Corp. on the Office team. At Wireless Services Corporation, he guided the transition of IDX technology to a wireless data product suite as Product Planner. At Visio Corporation he was an early team member -- working from the first product generation -- through the company's acquisition by Microsoft in 2000. He was the Program Manager and Product Planner responsible for international products for Asia and Europe through five major generations of products, which resulted in the adoption by more than 3 million enterprise and consumer users. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Seattle University.
