Ritter's background in the development, management and strategic implementation of web technologies will support InnoCentive's ever expanding community of solvers meeting the next generation of challenges.

--  Most recently Ritter worked as a partner and managing director at
    Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where his focus was on Fortune 50 companies
    and large enterprises.  Prior to BCG, Ritter held positions as CTO at
    VerticalNet and as VP Engineering at Firefly Network (acquired by
    Microsoft).  He has also held executive positions at Oracle Corp., Software
    Publishing Corporation, MHT Software, C Generation Technologies and
    Unidata, Inc.
--  At InnoCentive, Ritter will manage the growth of product management,
    product development and the IT Operations functions.
--  Ritter's areas of technical expertise include Internet and web
    technologies, graphical user interface design, application development
    languages and tools, database systems, object architectures and On-Line
    Analytical Processing.
--  Ritter studied Computer Science and Theater at the Georgia Institute
    of Technology.
