DealerTrack Completes Curomax Acquisition

LAKE SUCCESS, NEW YORK--(CCNMatthews - Feb. 01, 2007) - DealerTrack Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:TRAK), today announced that it has completed its acquisition of Curomax Corporation. Curomax, based in Toronto, Ontario, is a leading online financing portal in Canada.
