Decode Car Hire Makes Their Presence Known at the World Travel Market Forum

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM--(Marketwire - Nov. 18, 2009) - Following the 30 year anniversary of the WTM (World Travel Market) Forum in London, Decode Car Hire made an impression on many existing and new partners. Decode Car Hire has recently released news about bulking up their customer service department and that information was well received by many of the participants of the WTM Forum. The Decode Car Hire representatives made it clear they will be changing their strategy in the immediate future. The existing partners of Decode Car Hire were happy to hear about these new techniques and the potential partners were also impressed with the plans of the internet car hire broker.

The attending representatives made it a point of emphasis to meet with as many existing partners as possible. They were well received by all of their rental car suppliers at the WTM Forum. Some of the companies that were speaking with the Decode Car Hire reps were Dollar/Thrifty, SIXT, Alamo, Budget, and Avis. A representative for Dollar/Thrifty said, "We are really impressed with the amount of reservations that Decode Car Hire has provided us in such a short period of time. We are happy to work with them and will continue to build our business relationship in our locations throughout the world." It appears that Decode Car Hire is working to satisfy all of their existing partners. Michael Ribzamen, one of the attending representatives for Decode Car Hire stated, "We are in business for our customers and our partners. The way we make happy customers is by keeping good relationships with our partners. Whether our partner has ten or ten thousand cars in our database, we treat them with the utmost respect. The more satisfied partners we have, the more car hires we can supply to our customers."

The Decode Car Hire representative was also speaking about increasing the amount of partners in the location of car hire Croatia. He was most adamant with the car hire Dubrovnik market as he explained it was a point of emphasis for the company. Croatia was really well represented at the WTM Forum and the Decode Car Hire reps were not surprised. Ribzamen said, "We are very keen on promoting tourism in this country. That is why we really want to help our customers find cheap car hire Zadar and car hire Split. We feel like tourism in Croatia is a trend we want to be part of." The tourism numbers for Croatia have been steadily increasing the past few years and there is a good chance that this strategy will pay off for Decode Car Hire in the long run.

With this dedication to the customers and partners, Decode Car Hire used the WTM Forum to gain even more relationships with new partners. They want to get as many trustworthy partners as they can to give the customers even more options for finding a vehicle at Decodecarhire.co.uk. Another Decode Car Hire rep, Natalie Masakovska, had this to say about their new strategy, "The more partners we can find the better. With all of the extra partners added to our website, we can promote competition and start to drive the prices down even lower for our customers." From what is being said by the Decode Car Hire spokespeople, it is quite obvious they are pushing hard to promote the new customer service strategy.

Decode Car Hire has recently increased their customer service personnel by about 40%. The representatives explained that this was the start to the new implementation of the strong customer service promise. Masakovska went on to say, "We are increasing our staff because our customer base is increasing. And although many companies do not like to admit it, in our business there are going to be some problems. We want to be ready to work for our customers, so if there is a problem, we can solve it for them promptly and properly." The Decode Car Hire representative spoke more about the new customer service plans and how they are going to provide a large range of toll free numbers for many countries around the world as well as an 'easy to use' email contact page. They also spoke about ironing out the wrinkles of a new satisfaction guarantee plan. The car hire brokerage company is making strong moves in the customer service realm to set themselves as an industry leader in this category. Decode Car Hire is based in London, UK and serves over 1400 locations worldwide.
